Your Responsibility: betjilli's security measures protect data on the platform side. The security of your betjilli account also depends on you keeping your login credentials private. Do not share your password with anyone, including betjilli support staff — betjilli will never ask for your password.
As a betjilli player based in Pakistan, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. betjilli will respond to all rights requests within 30 days of receipt.
You can request a copy of all personal data betjilli holds about you. betjilli will provide this in a structured, readable format. Identity verification is required before data access requests are fulfilled.
If any personal data betjilli holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request its correction. For minor details this can be done directly in your account settings.
You can request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected and where no legal obligation requires its retention. Financial transaction records may need to be retained for regulatory periods regardless.

In certain circumstances — such as while the accuracy of data is contested — you can request that betjilli restricts active processing of your data without deleting it. betjilli will notify you before restriction is lifted.

betjilli does not retain personal data indefinitely. The retention period for each category of data is determined by the purpose for which it was collected and by applicable legal obligations:
Anonymisation: Where data must be retained beyond the period needed for personalised use — for example, to maintain statistical records of platform usage — betjilli anonymises the data so that it can no longer be linked back to an individual player.
betjilli is strictly an adults-only platform for players aged 18 and over. betjilli does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If a person under 18 attempts to register, betjilli will decline the registration and will not retain any data provided during the attempted registration process.
If betjilli becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — for example, because a minor provided a false date of birth during registration — betjilli will immediately close the account, delete the associated personal data and forfeit any funds in the account in accordance with the platform's Terms and Conditions.

betjilli reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes in applicable data protection standards, or changes in the range of data we collect and process. Where betjilli makes material changes to this Privacy Policy — meaning changes that significantly affect how your data is handled — betjilli will notify registered players via email to their registered mobile number or via an on-platform notification before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and formatting updates do not trigger notification.
Your continued use of betjilli following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your data as described in Section 6 of this policy.
