These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and betjilli.

To register and maintain a betjilli account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
Age Verification: betjilli reserves the right to request documentation confirming your age and identity at any point. Accounts where age cannot be verified may be suspended until documentation is provided. Any winnings from an underage account will be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one betjilli account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted regardless of the reason for their creation. If duplicate accounts are detected, betjilli will close all accounts associated with the same individual and may forfeit balances held across those accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid date of birth. You must not use another person's identity or details when registering. betjilli may verify the information you provide against independent data sources.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. betjilli will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betjilli support immediately.
betjilli accounts are for personal use only. Sharing your account with another person, using another person's account, or allowing a third party to operate your account is not permitted and may result in account closure.
Account Currency: All betjilli accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bets, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts are all expressed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage.
betjilli accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Available methods may vary and betjilli reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
The minimum single deposit on betjilli is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits that apply independently of betjilli's policy.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. betjilli will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated betjilli account placed under review.
Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your betjilli account within a few seconds to two minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to four hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are typically instant. betjilli is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
Deposit Bonus Eligibility: Some bonuses are only triggered when a deposit is made through a specific payment method or meets a minimum deposit amount. Check the individual promotion's terms before depositing to confirm eligibility.
betjilli processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This is a security policy designed to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. If your original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, betjilli support will assist in identifying an alternative method subject to additional identity verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount on betjilli is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal amount, though betjilli reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and may request additional identity documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, within 30 minutes for NayaPay and SadaPay, and within one to four hours for bank IBFT. Card withdrawals may take three to five business days depending on your card issuer. These are betjilli's standard processing times — delays attributable to your payment provider are outside betjilli's control.
Funds that carry an active wagering requirement from a bonus are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been fully completed. Your account wallet will clearly indicate which portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any given time.
Pending Withdrawal Policy: While a withdrawal is in a pending state, you may cancel it and return the funds to your playable balance. However, betjilli reserves the right to review and delay withdrawal processing in cases where a fraud or security review is underway.
betjilli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion and to these general bonus terms. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with individual game rules before wagering.
All bets are final once accepted by betjilli's system. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after it has been confirmed. This includes bets placed in error by the player. Players are advised to review their bet selections carefully before confirming.
In the event of a game malfunction — such as a disconnection, software error or technical fault — betjilli's policy is as follows:
betjilli prohibits the use of automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game. The use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds in the account.
Displayed Odds and Errors: In rare cases, a game may display incorrect odds or paytable information due to a technical error. betjilli reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and to correct any resulting incorrect payouts. Players who knowingly exploit displayed errors are in breach of these terms.

Where a betjilli account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach. For account closures initiated by the player (other than self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

Where a dispute involves a specific game outcome, betjilli will review the game round records and the certified game logs provided by the relevant game provider. Game round data is the definitive reference for resolving such disputes and betjilli's assessment based on this data will be treated as final.
Good Faith Requirement: betjilli expects disputes to be raised in good faith and with accurate supporting information. Disputes based on false or incomplete information will be dismissed, and repeat or vexatious complaints may result in account review.
All content on betjilli.site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code and structural design — is the property of betjilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use betjilli's content for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any betjilli content without prior written authorisation from betjilli. Unauthorised use of betjilli's intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these terms and may be subject to legal action.
